These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Thelittlecoven.com (the “Site”) and any purchases from Little Coven Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Product descriptions, images, and pricing may change at any time without notice.
• We do our best to display product colors accurately, but screens and device settings vary.
• We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service at our discretion.

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline it.
• Orders are not guaranteed until payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation.
• If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
• Little Coven Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

All content on the Site (logos, designs, graphics, product images, text, and branding) is owned by Little Coven Co or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Missouri, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to the Site. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
